My Story

Our family's Barefoot journey officially began on a roadtrip across the plains of the Midwest as six children and three adults listened, spell-bound, to the brave and chivalrous adventures of the Barefoot Book of Knights Story CD. Not only were the tales from around-the-world inspiring, the illustrations in the accompanying book were amazing.

After reading about Barefoot Books' business opportunity in "It's a Storybook Life" an article in Better Homes & Gardens (Sept. 2005), I knew I had found something I would love doing for a company I admire and respect. I became a Stallholder and am now able to introduce other families to our books and mission, work with an amazing team of people, earn extra income and have fun involving our children in the process.
